Founded in Switzerland in 2014 and now based in Berlin, it advises development finance institutions, funds and local financial institutions from strategy and instrument design through structuring, implementation and evaluation.

Claudia Huber — Founder & Managing Director
Claudia Huber is an impact-investing and inclusive-finance professional with more than twenty years of experience spanning advisory, operational banking and fund governance. She keeps impact at the centre of every mandate — helping institutions get the most out of blended finance to design more inclusive solutions with greater outreach, not simply greater volume — and brings that same priority to the investment committees and boards she serves on.
Her geographic focus is Sub-Saharan Africa, with substantial experience across Latin America and Asia-Pacific. She works fluently in German, English, French and Spanish.
