Consumer dispute resolution

The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025, so the former link to it has been omitted. As a firm with no more than ten employees, devImpact is not obliged under § 36 VSBG to make a consumer-arbitration statement; it is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
