Contact form: when you use the contact form we process the name, email address and message you provide, in order to respond to your enquiry (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Form submissions are transmitted and processed by our form provider, Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA); data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the provider's standard contractual clauses.
Server log files: our hosting provider Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA) automatically processes technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of request) to deliver and secure the website (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); as the provider is US-based, data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses.
Fonts: this website uses the 'Open Sans' typeface, self-hosted on the website's own server. The font files are delivered directly from this website; no connection to Google servers is established and no data is transmitted to Google or any other third party.
Cookies / analytics: this site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics.
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet any statutory retention obligations, after which it is deleted.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Berlin, the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
