Contact form: when you use the contact form we process the name, email address and message you provide, in order to respond to your enquiry (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Form submissions are transmitted and processed by our form provider, Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) [confirm provider and its data-processing terms]; data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the provider's standard contractual clauses.
Server log files: our hosting provider [Cloudflare Pages / Netlify — confirm] automatically processes technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of request) to deliver and secure the website (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts: this site loads Google Fonts from Google servers, which may transmit your IP address to Google [or: fonts are self-hosted — confirm which]. If self-hosted, no data is sent to Google.
Cookies / analytics: this site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics [confirm — update if you add analytics].
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet any statutory retention obligations, after which it is deleted.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Berlin, the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
